KAH Specialty Products has added Homosalate, USP to its line of ingredients.

Homosalate, USP is Category I Sunscreen that absorb in the UV/B range and is used up to 15% in finished sunscreen formulations. It provides a synergistic property and when used with other Category I Sunscreens it can boost SPF values without additional active ingredients. KAHSCREEN HMS is oil soluble and can be used in “Very Water Resistant” High SPF Sunscreens.
